3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe using applications:
PE anti-corrosion is the most advanced and mature outer wall anti-corrosion technology. It has the advantages of good anti-corrosion performance and long service life (3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe produced by excellent manufacturers can reach 50 years) and is widely used in natural gas transportation, petroleum transportation, heating, refrigeration and other project projects.
3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe features:

1. Steel pipe up transfer system and steel pipe down transfer system.
2. Steel pipe shot blasting machine: High-power high-efficiency blasting machine is adopted to ensure the surface grade of steel pipe is ≥Sa2.5. High-speed shot blasting equipment inside and outside the wall.
3. Steel pipe Medium Frequency Heating System.
4. Epoxy powder coating and recycling system: high performance electrostatic spraying equipment. The 8-24 pcs spray guns are used for different pipe diameters. The FBE spray is even and the effect is good.
5. Adhesive layer extusion extruder.
6. Polyethylene layer extrusion: High-efficiency single-screw extruder with high extrusion capacity and good plasticizing effect.
7. Water cooling system, 1 set
