HDPE COD pipe extrusion production line
1. The PE Spiral Pipe Extrusion Line is composed by:
**Extruder with feeding machine.
**Die head & mould.
**Spiral forming machine & vacuum calibration & water spray cooling trough.
**Haul off machine.
**Winder for small diameter pipe, or cutter for big diameter pipe & unloading stacker.
High Efficiency Single Screw Plastic Extruder
The extruder using the special designed single screw making the product foaming well.Screw material: High quality alloy steel-38GrMoAlA, after high-temperature nitriding, nitriding deepth: 0.5-07mm, the surface hardness HV740-940.
Extrusion Die
According to customer's requirements to design the die head size.
It adopts 40Cr moulds materials with spiral plastic flow structure.
Spiral Forming Machine
Made stainless steel, it adopts vacuum and water spraying system.
Haul off unit
It use rubber block materials to do pipe pulling, the pulling motors are controlled by inverter.
