1.Introduce of PP/PE/PVC/PA Single Wall Corrugated Pipe production line.

(1)Single wall corrugated pipe equipment production line diameter form 9mm up to 110mm.
(2)Used for: Bellows is widely used in instrumentation. Its main purpose is to be used as a measuring component of pressure measuring instruments to convert pressure into displacement or force. The wall of the bellows is thinner and has a high sensitivity. The measuring range is from tens of Pa to tens of MPa. The core bar and mouth mould
Wings Plastic new design,the core bar and mouth mould fit together,when change size,no like the old design change the core bar and mouthe separately,it will be save more than 1h for cleaning the waste material.

 

High Speed Forming Machine

Gear driven system with high precision modules and tracks. The track is water cooling system, it could meets 10-30m/min working speed.It is added water cooling and fan cooling two systems.

 

Forming machine with large cooling area .Temperature fast cooling down.This means the speed will be faster. we test for indian machine speed 20-25mm /minute.

 

Moulds Block

Materials of moulds block:40Cr. The moulds are made by CNC system, it is high precison and long service life.
It could be designed into one hole or two holes according to customers' request. We could print customers logo into moulds according request.

Mould Advantage

1.One mould with two or three different sizes. When change size just up and down move forming machine. No need to unmount and reinstall. So will save more than two hours.

2.Can carve customer logo in the mould,replace the jet printer.

Automatic coiler

No of wheel: two wheels or one wheel according customer request. Useing delta inverter system, it is automatic adjustment of winding speed.
