3) Welding rod manufacturing machine is used to produce plastic welding rods such as PP, PE, PVC, etc. PP welding rods are widely used for welding electroplating equipment such as plastic chemical anti-corrosion, geomembrane lining, plastic containers, pipes/tubes, thin plates, etc.

Application: Polypropylene (PP) is also a thermoplastic that is easy to weld and can be used in many different projects. As the most stable polyolefin in terms of size, plastic welding rods are very suitable for manufacturing pipeline systems, fume hoods, and electroplating equipment.
SJ Series Single Screw Extruder is mainly used to process PP, PE, PP-R, ABS and other plastics. Equipped with auxiliary machines,
it can manufacture profile, pipes, sheets and other plastic products and granulation. This Single Screw Extruder has the advantage
of simple production technological process, high output, stable quality and low cost.
