2.Description of 3PE Steel Pipe Coating Line:
3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe features:
The steel pipe passes the anti-corrosion. In addition to improving the service life of the steel pipe, it is also manifested in the following aspects:
1. Combine the mechanical strength of the steel pipe with the corrosion resistance of the plastic;
2. The outer wall coating is more than 2.5mm, which is resistant to scratches and bumps;
3, the inner wall friction coefficient is small, 0.0081-0.091, reducing energy consumption;
4. The inner wall meets national health standards;
5, the inner wall is smooth and not easy to scale, with self-cleaning function.

Extruder: High-efficiency single-screw extruder with high extrusion capacity and good plasticizing effect.
Steel pipe shot blasting machine: High-power high-efficiency blasting machine is adopted to ensure the surface grade of steel pipe is ≥Sa2.5. High-speed shot blasting equipment inside and outside the wall.
Epoxy powder coating and recycling system: high performance electrostatic spraying equipment. The 8-24 pcs spray guns are used for different pipe diameters. The FBE spray is even and the effect is good.
Control system: professional PLC control system, intelligent centralized control. Microcomputer control automatically adjusts the coordination of the various parts of the production line.
